Centricity Practice Solution Version 10.0 Online Tutorials (CBTS) and Centricity Customer Portal access

For the past two years, GE Healthcare’s Education Team has been working to enhance your online learning experience by redesigning the Computer-Based Tutorials and deploying them through a new Learning Management System (LMS). We are excited to announce that the online tutorials are ready and can be accessed through the Centricity Customer Portal (CCP).

Effective ongoing Support is contingent on your staff’s completion of these tutorials which are provided to your organization on an annual subscription service for unlimited staff access for one subscription year. The Centricity Practice Solutions, Practice Management Library includes core product functionality instruction at an annual price of $3750 (PN 2041026-001). The Centricity Practice Solutions, EMR and Centricity EMR Libraries include core product functionality instruction at an annual price of $3000 (PN 2041028-001).

Accessing the Centricity Customer Portal (CCP)

• Manager access to the Centricity Customer Portal
  If you are responsible for the educational needs of your organization, follow this link, (opens in a new browser window), and complete the online form to request access.
  
  Some of the functions a manager can perform:
  • Create groups of users called Knowledge Positions
  • Assign required CBTs to Knowledge Positions
  • Assign staff to custom Knowledge Positions
  • Run reports on staff CBT usage.
    
    
• Staff access to the Centricity Customer Portal
  Your GE Account Manager can provide you with your Siebel Account number, which will allow you to self-register at the CCP. The link to the CCP is http://centricityportal.gen21.com/knav/nav. When self-registering, use the Siebel Account Number in the Account Number field to link you to your practice. If you are unable to self-register, follow this link, (opens in a new browser window), and complete the fields to request access.

Exploring the Centricity Customer Portal

Once you have logged in to the CCP, to view the catalog of CBTs, go to the Catalog link in the left navigation. The two presentations below are valuable for new users to the CCP and required reading for managers.
