CCC Text File Editor Course

Description: This course is designed to cover basic editing of the CCC Core Forms. This course will also address advanced topics such as Simple Chart, protocol editing, test management editing, and decision support customization.  Lecture, discussion, demonstrations, and hands-on exercises will be utilized to increase your comfort and confidence with customization of clinical content.

Learning Objectives:

  •     Learn how to edit CCC Core Forms
  •     Create Simple Chart functions
  •      Learn how to edit Protocol, Test Management, Decision Support Forms

Participants must have current working knowledge of the EMR/Chart module & CCC forms or satisfy the following pre-requisites prior to attending the Text File Editor course:

  • EMR / CPS Chart Functionalitycomputer-based training modules (CBTs)
  • It is also strongly recommended that you have completed EMR Setup training.

Who Should Attend: Information Systems analysts, Centricity® EMR managers, Centricity® EMR power users, or anyone who will customize the CCC content for a clinic.

Important: To fully participate in this class, participants must bring a laptop with CPS demo or EMR evaluation with CCC content and Simple Chart content locally installed or have remote access to a demo or test system with CPS/EMR, CCC content and Simple Chart content installed on the same remote machine.  You will need read/write access to the environment you will be using to update the content.  Please note: Your production system may not be used in this class.

Payment Terms
Upon confirmation of class, you will receive a sales order (if not already present). Contract for class is required prior to the class and is not considered part of implementation based hourly billing. Access to the class may be denied or your registration may be cancelled if contract is not received. In the event that registration is cancelled due to no contract available, GE Healthcare will not be responsible for travel cancellation fees.

Cancellations and No Shows are nonrefundable. Registrations are transferable upon approval of course instructor. Please email if you need to make a registration transfer. Credit for future training sessions is not allowed.
